Pak went back on its F-16 promise to US. How India fixed the gaps with Rafale

It's a waste of time to compare F16 to Rafale - even worse than comparing Intel to M1.
That's not how air warfare works. Aside from the CPU, you need to think about the whole computer, and the person using it.
In a video game, a noob with an M1 and an otherwise ancient computer would be shat on by a pro with an intel and a decent ish PC.

Similarly, air warfare is not platform vs platform. It is network centric. And training matters too. Pakistan is at least a decade ahead of India in this regard, and always has been. That's how it has lasted 4 wars against an 8 times larger country (and captured 80,000+km^2 of territory in the process too!)

Dont think anyone in India minds proper military confrontation at LOC the issue is proxy war by pakistan behind the cover of civilians in kashmir,
Indian military in past couple of years r anyway initiates LOC confrontation even when thr is any minor terrorist action happen inside kashmir,
Seems like when new Indian DGMO joined thr was courtesy call from pakistan on hotline this CF was initiated by pakistan only but dont think so in case thr is a terrorist push from pakistan this CF will be retained...

Keep fooling your self.....first you claim PA has learned lesson.....now you twist the story to your own likings.
PAF clearly called your bluff and exposed and exploited your fake bravado in an exemplary style.
If IAF or India had any nerve and ability, they would have tried to retaliate.....remember you tried and failed in attacking a civilian target, PAF replied by visiting your military targets....six of them to be precise.

When the French President’s diplomatic advisor Emmanuel Bonne landed in India for a strategic dialogue on January 7, one of the key asks from the Indian Air Force was that the Rafale fighter’s technology, especially its missile capability, be kept away from Pakistan.
 Just like kids. "Uncle isey toffee mat daina, yeh mujhe marta hai."

Paris should ensure that no Pakistani-origin person is given access to the plane by Doha.

Paris hasn’t just assured India that Rafale technology, specially that related to the Meteor air-to-air missile will be kept out of reach of Pakistan, but also that it will no longer upgrade the Mirage 3/5 fighters.
Thankfully we already have Mirage Rebuild Factory.

India sought these iron clad guarantees after it burnt its fingers during Pakistani Air Force retaliation on February 27, 2019, a day after the Balakot strike.
On that day, Pakistan reneged on its promise to the Americans that it would only use F-16 aircraft in the war against terror and not against India.
Buahahahahahahaha!:crazy_pilot:

had the Indian Air Force not practised with the premise that Pakistan would use F-16 and beyond visual range missiles against India, more Indian fighters would have been knocked down on that day.
:enjoy: Stay safe

The Pentagon had previously assured India that Islamabad would not use the F-16 or the missiles against India. It conveyed the message to India after New Delhi requested Washington to put a software lock on the missile so that it cannot be used against India.
Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! :cheesy: Scared to death. Again "uncle yeh mujhe marta hai!"

The Indian concern over the long range missile was raised by Air Marshal AK Gogoi as Director General (Air Operations) with the Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff Mike Mullen in Washington in September 2010. It was raised again during the visit of Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar in August 2016 with US Defence Secretary Ashton Carter in no uncertain terms. But all this came to no avail two years ago when Pakistan used the missile against Wing Commander Abhinandan's MiG-21 on Feb 27, 2019.
Trust me it`s a futile practise. Please don`t ask anyone anymore. Have some self respect.

2 years gone by no big attack on India... the results are for everybody to see...

Yeah. That false flag operations conducted by India to justify a strike across the border will only result in further humiliation when the Pakistanis come knocking at the door.

at the end of day I think pakistani military got the message.

Think they knew it for a while. Hence the audacity with which they humiliated you that day. You couldn't even respond.

Dont think anyone in India minds proper military confrontation at LOC the issue is proxy war by pakistan behind the cover of civilians in kashmir,

You can believe in whatever you want, my friend. When Pakistan supported the freedom fighters in Kashmir you lot were soiling your pants throughout the 90s. We, as a policy, for better or for worse, pulled that material support from them and let you sit as easily as you do today.

The issue is barefaced Indian lies pushed to justify their genocide against the Kashmiris.

Indian military in past couple of years r anyway initiates LOC confrontation even when thr is any minor terrorist action happen inside kashmir,

Yeah, you initiate it. And then we end it. Just like we did in Feb of 2019.

Seems like when new Indian DGMO joined thr was courtesy call from pakistan on hotline this CF was initiated by pakistan only but dont think so in case thr is a terrorist push from pakistan this CF will be retained...

Or the Pakistani DGMO is being overly merciful to the "new guy", i.e. the Indian DGMO, seeing as how we are apparently producing idiotic facts out of our behinds to support our moronic fantasies.

Till a few weeks prior to the ceasefire announcement, the top Indian military leadership was claiming that Pakistan “has been launching proxy war, and sponsoring, training, arming and equipping terrorists on their soil, which they keep infiltrating into Jammu and Kashmir”. It had doubled down on bringing a change in Pakistan’s policy by coercive military means, including heavy shelling on the LoC, cross-border ‘surgical strikes’ and Balakot airstrikes. While these may have a punitive value, they failed to infuse deterrence so as to alter Pakistani calculations on supporting militancy in Kashmir. Despite the evident lack of trust between the two armies, the Indian decision to re-engage with Pakistan by reinstituting the ceasefire on the LoC is an acceptance of the futility of its policies so far, driven more by compulsion than by choice.

what happens dude, a country 1/4th India’s size with a population 1/8th India’s size and 1/20 in size of the GDP has now forced India to stop all shelling on the LOC and move her forces back. That sounds like a surrender to me! Supa pawa Pakistan wins without firing a shot Mashallah. Next step build the GB road past skaurdu

And that is official admittance of IAF's SOP, against the PAF, being that of running away. It all makes sense now.

But was it a pinky promise? Because if it wasn't then the IAF has itself to blame for believing in it.

Clearly the A2A missiles were sold to Pakistan only to be used against the TTP's aircraft.
as I said before the American tax payer has funded the PAF to stop Indian terrorists from preforming atrocities against the Kashmiri people. Who gives dodger badges. Indians against flying (IAF) were given patches to show the shame of dodging the A2a missile fired on them rather them not firing on aircrafts that were actively bombing our positions? 😂

2 years gone by no big attack on India... the results are for everybody to see... pakistanis should rejoice on mig21 or abhinandan ...
at the end of day I think pakistani military got the message.

plus point
India is modernizing much more quickly
Rafale
S-400
Tejas
Indian SAMs, AAMs are being popped out like hot popcorns every other week...

didn’t you just lose 5 troops in the last week , oh I forgot india does not care about loading troops, people are expendable.

so all those weapons systems you noted are pie in the sky and the fact that you can’t handle a country 1-4th your size , 1/8 your size in population and 9.5 times smaller in GDP is just sad. Why did India agree to ceasefire why not punish Pakistan why is India so weak!

Ahahahahahaha Sir your comments are hilarious :victory:

That is how liars convince themselves and the rest of the world - they do it so many times in so many ways so that the story no longer exists in its original form.

For the most Pakistan, compared to India’s the Pakistani story has been fairly consistent.
yes it was good to see DG ISPR being honest and tweeting about indian attacks at night

Correlation does not imply causation - but for a nation raised on a daily dose of anti-Pakistan hate, lies and propaganda, outlandish claims like these are par for the course.
Hence the audacity with which they humiliated you that day. You couldn't even respond.
Yep.

Every Indian that tries to argue some kind of 'magnificent strategic victory' from the unprovoked Balakot attack only needs to be pointed to what Pakistan did immediately after.

Pakistan called the Indian bluff, surprising India, allies and so called 'neutral parties' alike.

No such promise exists. You don't sell AIM120s to fight terrorism; lest we forget, the taliban, AQ, IS don't have an air force to use the aim120s against. The Americans knew full well that the f16s would be used against India.

The fact that Biden is looking to sell more f-16s to Pakistan is evidence enough that this Indian claim of a so called promise is nonsense.

Do you expect the godi media driven and bollywood bred common indian mahabalis on the internet to comprehend that?
