COOP BETWEEN PAK-GERMAN SECURITY AGENCIES: Federal Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has said that Pakistan aspires to have increased cooperation between the security agencies of Pakistan and Germany.
The minister said this while talking to Ambassador Michael Klor Berchtold, Crisis Commissioner of the German Foreign Office, and Thorsten Risch, Commissioner for Special Crisis Situation of the German Intelligence Service. Germany's Ambassador to Pakistan, Dr Cyrill Nunn was also present during the meeting.
The interior minister said Pakistan was faced with a similar situation, which Germany faced after the World War-II and needed a similar solution by developing its own economic and development model.
