Once you suspect or find certain area has been mined ..then you sweep the entire area for it.

Maybe the photographic evidence shown to your army of Pakistani mines bearing Pakistani ordnance factory marking were also just stunt.


DO Kashmiris from Indian side have wings ..that they can simply fly over mines laid by Pakistan on India side LOC and directly land into P.OK?

Mines were planted by Pakistani for a single purpose, so that some unfortunate Indian patrol will trip them and get killed.

and for that we dint find any foerign made mines ? or we were happy enough to troll Indians and give them another reason to cry loud and yell POF

If any sense of the landmass of the border area prevails in your mind, the area is exceptionally susceptable to infiltration. with the competence of you special forces it is easy to infiltrate and plant mines in the areas recced to be patrol routes of IA.

Why not. the Indians claimed in the past that a young bride ranaway from family brutality and crossed over to Indian occupied kashmir so according to your own yardstick if she can jump over the LoC why cant Kashmirs jump into our side of the LoC from India.

indeed but i would like or if our special forces can plant landmines across LoC then it will be more prudent to plant IED or remot control bombs for targeting Indian patrol instead of landminds which can be easily detected and avoided.

This episod also has given a clue to Pakistanis to replace landmins with IED /bombs next time.

Well Rajasthan is a place which contains kms and kms of desert to its west and even if a Pakistani manages to enter the Indian territory he wont survive . Therefore there are troops placed whereever required . On the other hand Punjab is a small state that is well surrounded and packed in the border .
Pakistan and china pose a great threat to India and their gateway to India is through Kashmir , hence such high deployment of troops .

i will repeat again if PA manages to plant landmines across LoC why they dint go for IED or remot control bombs to target Indian patrol.

i think pakistan went around putting small flags on theirs! so the indians could locate them easily!!!
