Pak had Prisoners from China to work on engineering projects. WHat??

Pak has 50 engineering universities and 100 thousands of jobless engineers across Pak , despite that got led by NAwaz Sgarif have accepted the unskilled 600 Chines prisoners to work on Solar project. And that project seems failed completely to serve its target by any means.

Its turning nightmare for engineers and skilled workers inside Pak.
As Chines are occupying on every tiny engineering job inside Pak.
Where can Pak engineers get to work? when every job will went straight to chines without merit, Keep in mind chine engineers are worst in quality compare to Pak engineers and skilled workers.

This means that the massive investment that Indian RAW made on their assets to track down and kill Chinese personnel working on such projects in Pakistan, were mostly Chinese prisoners?

This sucks....... for RAW, it certainly does.
