Who told u this?? Turbines was supplied by Nordex. First 8 Towers was imported from China ( Alstom China) rest of them was produced in Pakistan. Now Descon is producing blades and Towers in Pakistan but still turbine will be bought from Nordex.Fauji foundation Energy Co is already making turbines of 1.5MW.
