Pak can't afford to move forces from 'wild' west: Dawn

Dear AgNoStIc MuSliM

“”You mean to say that the militants have been torturing and suppressing innocent Pakistanis, bombing and burning their businesses ……….””

Such pathetic atrocious acts happen when war hysteria overwhelms human senses, and turns man into a beast .. Sometimes temporarily sometimes permanently.
The State has a responsibility to ensure that such 'beasts' are killed off. As to who are permanent and who temporary, that can be ascertained from those who surrender. Those who do not surrender to the state indicate that they prefer their bestial nature, and therefore must continue to be eradicated, much as rabid dogs from the streets.

Please have the moral courage to condemn the carnage of non-combatants and innocents as a result of shelling, bombing by the Army in equally strong words. The fact that more than 30% of Bajaur’s population has been displaced at one time or another cannot be dismissed lightly. The worst part is coordinating UAV strikes with the US on “positions” in Pakistani territory.

Lal Masjid transformed Pakistan’s political psychology, perhaps permanently … in much the same way as 9/11 for the USA. Majority of the 300 girl students who were converted into various organic compounds of phosphorus belonged to Swat and FATA.
Any loss of life is to be regretted, but the shells on the houses of civilians are not solely those of the PA - mortars and rockets launched by the militants are responsible for the same as well. Where there is a difference is when the militants deliberately massacre those who oppose them, even locals in villages, or carry out their barbaric bombings of schools and businesses in the guise of their perverted 'Shariah' - that is deliberate and calculated oppression and murder of innocents

There is not one single credible piece of evidence indicating that 300 girls were killed in that compound.Just more terrorist propaganda from the likes of those who realize that their perverted views can not win over 170 million people to give them power, and therfore must resort to lies and deception to achieve their goals.

The GoP had a siege on that place for over a week, with high profile individuals such as Sattar Edhi, the Imama-e-Kaabah, and leaders from all shades of society urging Mullah 'hide in a Burka's' brother to surrender.

He refused, and eventually the military was forced to launch the operation. The blame here, as in the case of FATA, lies with the militants and individuals challenging the writ of the State.
PA negotiates and gets surrender and disband ceremonies almost every week! Therefore its time for PA to declare Victory and deploy to their correct locations.
When all of them have surrendered, the PA will indeed return, with the exception of a few FC/PA cantonments. The offer to halt military operations in return for disarming remains open. In Swat, the NWFP government has even drafted a Shariah bill, yet no takers from the terrorists - too many have turned permanently into rabid beasts it seems.

I for one am glad that the tensions with India may be simmering down, for nothing raises so much hate and anger in me as reading about these beasts tearing apart our society and nation.

Here is to hoping for a quick return to the plans for expanding the operations in FATA.

if ISI controls taliban and let and other groups why are bomb blasts happening in pakistan. are they fighting each other? is ISI atatcking pakistani citizens through these groups to spite paksitani govt which is a confirmed stooge of US?

The ISI is not attacking Pakistani civilians neither is the ISI behind any attacks inside Pakistan, it wouldn't make any sense at all.
That's just Indian propaganda aimed at making the ISI look bad.

The ISI clearly does not control the Taliban groups - it never did.

The Taliban always did their own thing, and followed ISI instructions so far as they coincided with their own goals and views.

It is true, but in case of war with india, talaban will support Pakistan.Their vision of nationalism is much wider then Pakistanis ,they considered when ever or where ever their is any attack on muslim country holy war is essential .At the moment there is no single muslim country called true islamic state ,which can issue fatwa for holy war.
