That never stopped the US from hiding terrorist leaders (Brahamdegh Bugti for example) wanted by Pakistan in Afghanistan, and officially dismissing Pakistani concerns about Afghanistan sheltering him. If it wasn't for the Wikileaked US diplomatic cables that showed full official US knowledge of Bugti's presence in Afghanistan you'd still be arguing that he was never there.

Same thing I mentioned earlier that these could be innocent fisherman who were targeted by Indian coast guards to cook up some story. Indian and Pakistani fisherman often end up in each others territory by mistake.

No way were these "innocent" fishermen, that can be ruled out from the outset. These guys failed to respond to warnings from the Indian Coast Guard vessel and this operation was only launched in the first place after the NRTO intercepted communication mentioning illicit activity targeting India. Are "innocent" fishermen being monitored by the Indian intelligence agencies?

full details are not out yet the explosion some experts say was of fuel but may be triggered buy small explosion, it could be smugglers but there was a phone tap few days back that's why surveillance was up in western cost was it about this one specifically we don't know, its better to wait for full information

Why not? Smuggling of all kinds needs to be monitored and stopped, especially emanating from Pakistan.

Smuggling needs to be stopped, but the response does not need high drama of RAW tracking them, and MoD press releases.
