Why doesn't Pak Army just hand over the country to Americans and start acting like their personal body guards ??

come on now. India had covert Russian bases as far back as Nehru's era. why is it disrespectful. They are spending assets to train the Pak army ... look, if you look at this objectively, US are helping to track common enemies - the terrorists who blow up mosques and market places too.

I know I know, I'll get the quintessential attacks on my statements by the so called patriots. But fact is_ this is a common enemy and all assets given the economic crisis should be welcome. Btw, it was the US who gave the most aid during the humanitarian crisis after the earthquake and floods in Pakistan. I really wish Pakistan can see that US has its hand being forced, in this part of the world. The US and majority of citizens, like me, prefer not spend our hard earned tax monies on this part of the world.

as long US is doing it with permission from the Pakistan government then it wouldn't be invading the land or impinging on their soveriegnty as it is being done with the sovereigns permission. if US is doing it without Pakistan government permission then it would be impinging on soveriegnty. it doesn't matter what the people of Pakistan think right now, the decision to allow or not allow the entering of US troops is the elected governments

If Pakistan have allowed this, despite the official denials, it will have been a huge mistake.

The US is determined, it's her policy, to diminish Pakistan and to create conditions such that Pakistan's relations with China and India will see a role reversal.

The sooner the US is shown the door, the sooner peace will become a real possibility between Pakistan and India and within Pakistan and Afghanistan.

There is no U.S. Military presence in Quetta. Both U.S. Embassy in Pakistan and ISPR has denied that. Haven’t conspiracy theorist hurt the WOT enough? Doesn’t this give more credence to the terrorist who are involved in indiscriminate violence every day? We see them killing innocent’s with their brainwashed teenage suicide bombers. Did we not see them strike in Karachi and Lahore yesterday? Why would you not believe your own Military leadership? We have reported before that on the request of the Pakistani government we have around 250 training staff who have been working with Pakistani security forces and training them on handling insurgents and terrorist. Do you not see that more terrorists are being intercepted before they reach their targets? We are still a long way to go where they are all wiped out. Soon we will reach that milestone too when we along without Pakistani and Afghan partners will have the region free of Taliban & Al-Qaida influence and presence.
