4th gen couldn't compete 5th gen jet because there were whole new design philosophy behind 5th gen jets there are lots variables for 4th gen fighter jets couldn't compete 5th gen STEALTH jets @newb3e

so lets say india somehow manages to get 5th gen fighter (i am assuming raphaels are not 5th gen) f35s maybe how do you see future of air combat bw Pakistan and india?

and one more thing (again out of curiosity) air def system how effective are they if multiple rockets are fired?

and say if a country launches a nuclear warhead how will a single or even 5 - 6 nuclear missiles evade air def systems?

for RAFALE counter we should buy either J-10C form China or Mig-35 from Russia with least chances or at least we should get long range SAMs like HQ-9 or Aster-30 land version, as for F-35 if India signed deal for F-35 lets say in 2020 it will wont come after 2025 because LM are busy to fulfill orders for patner nation, then i hope FC-31 will be ready then and we have also Czechoslovakian or Ukrainian anti stealth early warning radar (low frequency) for detection of Stealth jets from our enemy @newb3e

okay one more noob question regarding air def system and nuclear missile

1: if a nuclear missile is destroy mid air will their still be same nuclear destruction like if it hits the target.
2: what the success rate of most advance anti missile def system?
3:quantity of nuclear missile is usually low so say we fire 10 missiles wont it be easier for anti missile system to destory 5-10 missiles mid air and not hit the target?
how to make sure nuclear missile hits it target and no destroyed mid air.

Hi,

5th gen is at a totally different level---.

It is just like---you have no visual from your eyes---but you have brain powers to see and react---.

In a 4 th gen---your brain power is like upto 5 miles---

whereas in the 5th gen it is more like 50 miles---

You can see with your brain powers and you can kill with your brain powers---.

So a 4th gen killing power thru the brain waves maybe upto 5 miles---

otoh the killing power of the 5th gen thru the brain waves would be around 50 miles.

short answer is no effect/minimal and remember bro Nuclear warheads don't detonated on ground but air burst on preset altitude to maximize the damage @newb3e

These all question are relate to each other there no criteria to define a success rate of ABM systems because ABM system still not used in any war only PAC-1/2 destroying few scuds in First gulf war and remember bro there are two type of ABM systems endoatmosphere (low altitude above 50,000 to 100,000 feet) PAC-3 etc and exoatmosphere (space) Midcourse ABM/THAAD/SM-6/SM-3/S-400/ and up coming S-500

For evading ABM system there are few technological solutions that able to penetrates through ABM systems like MARs/ Maneuverable warheads/Boost glide vehicle, powered warheads like X-51/X-43 etc etc @newb3e

That is incorrect. JF-17s wingspan is already 9.48 m.

Hi, I specifically also remember reading in Janes Defense Weekly a couple of years ago that the JF-17B had a slightly longer wingspan, fuselage, and a larger radome. But JDW could be wrong also. Thanks for the correction.
