During Zardari's dreaded regime a project involving research on pretty advanced electronics stalled as he gobbled up 40% of PAF budget consistently.

For AESA the TR modules, Algorithms and much more were in advanced stages of development at Pakistani universities such as NDU, NUST ,EME , where PHD students were given funding to work on these projects.
Hopefully with ACM Sohail Amman's leadership those extensive works already done will be brought together and project rearranged and relaunched.

In speech it clearly says ,,,,,, Pakistan To Build or you can say PAKISTAN WILL.
Its a great step by current ACM , the facility he is talking about will take 10 years minimum to fully mature and develop some advance and great systems at home.........
I will say 10 years is not long time,,,,,,,,, It will be great to have our own 4.5++ 2engine heavy Bird with 70% things mad in Pakistan and same goes for Advance long leg single engine bird , As Originally plan some thing equal or better then F-16 block 52 or higher ......
This institution can work with Turkey or China to have there own 5th Gen program , and no body stopping us from buying J-31 in decent numbers till then........
My prayers are with PAF and with new Institution ........ May ALLAH Help and Guide Our Men and Women in Uniform.

this was a news 7 to 8 years ago .... PPP government didn't release 300 million funds for the development of National Electronic Complex at that time
