PAF ranks

some people say that in paf only gd pilots get to the higher ranks like AVM,AM,ACM....and other branches like air defence,,,areo-engg don't go to such higher ranks is it true??Actually they say that gd pilots have greater opportunities then these other branches....any one know what is the original story??

Yes only GDPs get higher ranks ..... aeronautical Eng dont usuall becomes AM,ACM...... its like Army... in Army ,,,AVIATION CORPS AND ENGINEERS DONT BECOME Generals.

educated people in pak are never given command or higher positions in any organiztion unfortunately.thats why we really suck in every field.
chairman pac kamra is from gdp i think who doesn't know ABC of engineering
