then why does the project says that it will finish june 2027 ? what sorta upgrades are these ?
May be Block V type project to upgrade F-16s fleet.

I am leaning towards what you just said .. its logical that block 50/52 will go to 70s..

its some 15 years old project sir . i think upgrades will not stop one by one it will continue . i see it just fine sir . until 27 they will keep upgrading f-16s .

. .
Could be a ongoing project to keep in the F-16s up to date. Just this year alone we have ordered more Sniper pods and updated the AIDEWS on the F-16 fleet, so could be this. V upgrade highly unlikely now.

It doesn’t mean there will be upgrades, the role could just be the team manages the logistics and supply for spares, munitions to air bases to make sure the birds are ready.

See Page 43:

The PAFPFT's primary purpose is to act as the central working group in-country to assure that F-16 weapon systems are acquired, delivered, and supported at the designated Pak- istani air bases.

.
This screenshot that has been shared in OP simply represents the list of senior air officers of the PAF with their positions and dates of retirement.
The July 2027 date represents the date of retirement of the officer in question who is officiating as the CPD of the F-16 project - basically responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the current F-16 fleet. It does not necessarily mean that upgrades are on the cards.
Planning, acquisition, funding and logistics aspects of the F-16s are handled by a dedicated program management office at AHQ and Project Falcon represents that office in all probability.

.
Forget V upgrade PAF needs to look forward and get rid of Uncle SAM equipment as early as possible . We need to be self sustaining and JF17 is living proof even not capable as F16 but baby steps

.
2027 is far away we are in 2020 looks like a routine repair work maintenance spread over multiple years
15 planes updated /refreshed every year or so
