Is it possible? Not that we may not wish to...... but india itself won't treat us as a friend unless we become another Nepal, Bhutan etc for them. They don't seem comfortable with idea of equal respect and treatment.
It May be so and it may not be so ..... isn't it a fifty fifty chance?
What makes us believe that india won't be better able to look at its domestic problems / insurgencies more better that way. I think even if Pakistan wished, peace with india is a fantasy, their delusion of Akhand Bharat can anytime catch fire, they are going thru a phase of jag Hindu jag sort of thing ..... the strong feeling of hatred from their populace is visible .........
