The Spyder unit commander had no communication and thought that all IAF bases have been bombed by PAF.
Plus the IFF beacon also is a radio transmitter and the wide bandwidth PAF was jamming that day, may also have disrupted IFF transmission and reception.

All command centers & ammunition storage centers have sam coverage anywhere & everywhere in the world. indian military proves to be only that much more incompetent if it didn't...

bombed by one helicopter? Like I said, spyder can see what type of aircraft is flying regardless if its being jammed or not.

listen, spyder tells you the type of aircraft in this case it would have been mi-17 and they cant be that stupid to shoot down a helicopter knowing that their is no way in the world an enemy heli can travel this far in middle of what could have been a war.
