Normal is 1g, meaning as is in your everyday life activities.

In the US, there are roller coaster rides that will give you up to 3g, maybe a bit higher, and there are a lot of people who got sick at 2g.

Sir, this took place on 6th of September, long after the first order was sealed at PAS and long before Sri Lankan news came through, as you know 6th September is celebrated as the defence day, the celebration and exhibition usualy takes place at PAF bases and the Rawalpindi race course ground. 6th September 2015 was the Golden jubilee year since the Indian Generals never showed up for the party in Lahore Gymkhana. Under the circumstances, having an open day required a security blanket, hence it was decided to treat the public to an air show.... and also convey THE message.

Video speed was slowed down while Mirage was passing closely however low fly past is genuine as far as i can see.

Pilot skills at best. Respect.
