Egyptian forces survive at usd 6 billion. Their equipment is better than ours, their numbers are nearly similar to ours. What is pakistani military doing with extra 2 to 3 billion usd?

PAF personnel profiting from the land is not equal to PAF profiting from the land. PAF benefiting equals the institute of PAF benefiting equals Pakistan's defence benefiting. PAF personnel benefiting equals low lives throwing the PAF under the bus, stealing our money, making personal gain, compromising Pakistan's defence and then again making us pay for it. If you make the PAF pay for it where will it pay for it from? Do those PAF personnel who sit on that land pay for PAF's budget? Do Jinns? You and I do, buddy. If the PAF pays for it, it will be paying again with our money. In your infinite wisdom you want the PAF personnel to steal the land from us and then make us pay for that stolen land while they sit pretty. PAF personnel usurping CAA land for their own personal benefit is far worse than the institute of PAF usurping the land for its own benefit.

If you still don't get it then read my posts again. Repeat until cured. I don't have the time to entertain nonsensical arguments solely being stretched for the sake of one's a precarious sense of self-worth.

You are the one who is wasting time trying to defend PAFs illegal actions. Why did paf not stop them? Why were they not punished by paf if the paf wasnt involved? And more importantly, as for who is going to pay, cut paf's budget and pay from that

Remember that Askari amusement park incident university road? where a girl died from second hand chinese swing ride.The name askari is removed from there, only amusement park is left.
And those barriers at shahra-e-Faisal on entrance of PAF base faisal, jb tak awam ne social media pe shor nahi kia inhon ne hataye nahi wahan se.
this is just one example i havent mentioned Karsaz or dalmia road.
But beware naya sardard is coming that is "Falcon mall", Shahra-e-Faisal will turn into a 4 hours long drive.
When someone questions this level of corruption in our armed forces not talking about politicians, he would eventually branded as a traitor.

I wont jump to conclusions unless proper/multiple sources verify the same.

It could be an attempt to malign PAF.
