PAF 18 F16/52 VERSIS PAF UP 42 F16/A/B

Can somebody who clearly knows the difference plz confirm wat are the diffrences between the 18 new block 52s that PAF are set to acquitre and the upgrade programme for 42 existing platforms once the blocka/b have been modernised
PLEASE ???

For example i know i know the APG68(9) RADAR EQUIPS THE NEW BLOCK 52s

But current PAF F16S HAVE apg63 an older radar
