From where did you infer that Indians panicked? Looks like the chopper flew close to border and returned. Don't know if it even warranted an IAF warning. Much like that claim of JF-17 flying over Siachen.

So since when an aircraft or a helicopter flying in it's own airspace has become 'Breaking News' as is the case here.....and no it wasn't a JF-17 but some Mirages that paid a visit to Siachen.
