Overview of Corruption in Pakistan

. . .
A high court judge "goes" for 500000 these days..
want to win a case in Pakistan..
Get a cheap lawyer.. one that will harass the heck out of court.. and find another lawyer that has connections to the judge.. and can ask him to "help" with the decision..
he'll name the price.. and you will have your day in court..
works great for property disputes.. since these take years and years..
and the losing party usually just gives up after that.

you have given a very poor price, with poor thesis to follow.

I dont claim that situation after judicial reforms by CJ has improved but has strengthen judges least to say.

Strengthen??
How.. rampant corruption in the lower courts....
derelict judicial record system.. that has not changed one bit since the CJ's tenure..

And the "thesis".. is a procedure followed by many that have their day in court..
optimism.. and fantasy are two entirely different perspectives.
By "liberating" a supreme court.. one cannot assume automatic liberation of the whole system.

things dont change over night. atleast judges arrive at 8 and leave at 4-5 pm now, and donot allow unnecessary delay in proceedings, and work is being done. cases are being decided, one party ofcourse is going to be aggrieved anyway. more over Salary if you know is made attractive as well. slowly but surely things are improving.

do you really think Ch Ijaz Ahmad could have become CJLHC given the "normal" circumstances?

lower courts has a culture that CJ cannot change despite his wish.

by the way if you had carefully read what I said in the previous post, you wouldnt be in any need to write the bolded part.
