truth be told guys even though i will never support such initiative but some times i wish that in country like our where people breed like rabbits we should adopt a 2 child policy and it should be mandatory for husband and wife to go under the knife for sterilization immediately after the birth of there second child and hospital should reserve the right to withhold the baby if they don't agree and nadra shouldn't enter the childs record without the sterilization certificate of the parents.
