Over 122,000 votes “unidentified” in PTI’s Tareen’s constituency

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has declared over 122,000 votes cast in constituency NA-154 Lodhran as “unidentified” besides disclosing that 728 persons cast their votes more than once.

This was revealed in a NADRA report which will be presented before an election tribunal in Multan on November 6 during the hearing of a petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Secretary General Jahangir Tareen against alleged rigging in the constituency. Tareen had lost the General Elections 2013 which he had contested from NA-154.


Sources said that per the report, 218,000 votes were cast in NA-154 during General Elections 2013 out of which 122,553 votes have been declared “unidentified”, while 728 voters exercised their right to vote more than once.

The report states that only 73,000 votes have been verified so far while 189 votes were found to have been cast by people whose thumb impressions did not match the thumb impressions present in their records. Ballot boxes of 14 polling stations were not found available.

Doesn't add up. The Total number of votes cast in this constituency has been relatively the same from 2002, 08 and 13.

Either major dhandly occurred all three times or this report is wrong.

Now question is this forum is already full with anti-government posts/comments who support over throwing this GOV through jalsa/dharna/inqalaab, army and long marches and post only negative stuffs from this government. I dont support PML N as never remember i ever voted for them but still i support their right to rule for next 4 years because they still got the majority even if we count the assumption of rigging in some constituencies which happen in every election from every party. Its impossible to achieve 100 percent transparency.

Supporting a political party by voting them in election is not same as supporting/respecting the right of rule of a political party because majority of fellows pakistani elected them . Its somethig which is hard to grasp for thick brain ptians who labell everyone patwari/nooni because they speak against inqlaab or BS of Nay Pak

But it was widely accepted poll, because not every vote is rigged. Sadly these idiots don't understand that just because you bring 5000 on streets it doesn't make election null and void. Look at Qadri, even he is going to participate in election. What idiot khan could've done is asked for election commission revamp, form an opposition and kick out PPP. But no, power hungry people beside him asked him for something unachieveable. Many people, even Jew channel said Imran khan won but he has to ask for the right things. Asking for nawaz resignation letter lol, if he didn't resign after grand alliance of Qadri and Imran, why would he do now or after next dharna. But Imran couldve become opposition leader, select his own election commissioner, have by polls forced in Punjab and sindh. But hope, there's a reason why he's called idiot khan.
