India on Friday administered a record one crore vaccine doses, the highest single day tally achieved since the roll out of the COVID-19 immunisation drive on January 16.
As per the provisional data, the country reported 1,00,64,032 vaccinations on Friday, and crossed 62 crore cumulative vaccinations.

How many of those UK AstraZeneca doses should be going to other 3rd world countries as per contract and promise that India made to UK to get the licence to produce the vaccine?

These are Indian covishiled whose IP is with Oxford university.
There was no such contract otherwise there would hv been string of law suits.

April 2020: SII announced its partnership with Oxford University to manufacture their Covid-19 vaccine. "We have partnered with the Oxford University vaccine project as one of the seven global institutions manufacturing the vaccine," Poonawalla had said in a statement, according to news agency PTI.

AstraZeneca is a UK vacccine and India only got the licence on condition it shared with other 3rd world countries on an equal basis.

As for no contract:

"
Bangladesh requested India resume commercial shipments of coronavirus vaccines on Tuesday because the two neighbors signed an agreement, according to a statement by the Bangladeshi Foreign Ministry.

“Foreign Minister Dr. A. K. Abdul Momen has requested Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar to provide Bangladesh AstraZeneca vaccines immediately,” said the statement that cited a telephone conversation between the two ministers.

Bangladesh signed a deal with India on Dec. 13 to purchase 30 million doses of the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine in installments from the Serum Institute of India."

Anyway BD has no further need for India as it has ample supplies but your idioticy has been duly noted. You are just not worth bothering with anymore and are so imcompetent that thousands a day of your citizens suffocated for 2 months in hospital car parks due to lack of a bed for them. A truly useless "country" if ever there was one.

the name of the vaccine is Oxford-AstraZeneca.

The one India makes is called Covishield. There is a reason behind it.

All the agreement was with Oxford univ, but once AstraZeneca was declared as sole manufacturer at the behest of Bill gates, the old agreements stayed and SII got manufacturering rights for India and later on SII has signed a deal to provide vaccines to Gavi Covax initiative, but deal wasn't at the cost of Indian supplies.

What BD had to get under Gavi Covax initiative stopped after Indian demand grew many fold.

Still with taking supplies meant for other countries you “country” became the biggest COVID-19 disaster on this planet. That is your COVID-19 legacy that the world will remember.

BD always kept the virus under the capacity of its medical capability and now it is well under control again.

Let us worry about our Image. Only Bangladeshis on PDF are whining, otherwise even Bangladesh FM understood India's predicament. BD made an agreement with a private company of India and GOI restricted vaccine export for internal usage. So don't understand what's your gripe. Go ahead sue us if there was a contract between UK and India.

Regarding whether you have enough supplies, I'll tell you Bangladesh will get most of vaccines from India that too after Dec.

Bangladesh for all tall claims is doing the worst in South Asia. It is not going to improve anytime soon until India opens up for vaccine exports. Wait and watch.

Mass drive was anything but mass drive. Lol.

Dude , have we seen pictures from BD of people in hospital car parks suffocating to death due to lack of capacity to treat them?
No, only in India and to a lesser extent in Indonesia did we see these horrible and tragic scenes. This is what happens in banana republics.

Vaccines are only part of the weapons you use against this virus and having competent leadership is also a critical factor. BD has a competent leader in Hasina while you have that useless Modi.

As for Indian made UK vaccines, BD has 10s of millions doses each from USA and China coming over the next few months and it procured enough to make sure everyone that needed the 2nd shot of AstraZeneca will get it.

BD is doing just fine with it’s vaccine rollout as it has administered 24 million doses and averaging 300,000 per day. This is enough to have double-jabbed around 7% of the population.

India is irrelevant to BD’s vaccine needs now and so your dishonesty and incompetence will no longer affect BD.

Corona isn't over, the virus is still mutating. Bangladesh is still have a positivity rate of over 13%, where as India it is less than 2%. You are never safe till all are vaccinated. I have seen Bangladeshis coming to Chennai even for common ailments. So please excuse me for not believing in your superior health care. lol. Also don't count your eggs before they hatch.

Vaccination in Bangladesh will be abysmal till Dec. Mark my words. Leadership of Hasina? Even Imran is doing better in terms of vaccination, leave alone Modi.

Dude, 80% of the population do not even need to be vaccinated as their immune systems can fight the virus easily. Virtually no one who is under 60 and healthy needs hospital treatment if they get infected.
BD only needs to vaccinate its 20% most vulnerable and the pandemic is over for it.
I suggest you research a little now.

I have zero interest in talking with people who acts as they know it all, when in reality all they have is their head stuck in the a$$. We'll see how it pans out in future, won't we. Only if world was clever like you, they wouldn't be rushing to vaccinate all its population.

Lets hope Bangladesh follows your strategy. Good luck with Haseena.

Data does not lie.

In the UK less than 1000 healthy people under 65 have died. That is less than 1% of all deaths.

This is a virus that picks off the old, sick and fat. I suggest you research before posting nonsense again.

Virus always evolve. You would know that if you ever read basic sciences.

Virus always evolve. You would know that if you ever read basic sciences.

Let us wait and worry when that actually happens.

You may die from lightning strike tomorrow in case you want to worry about what could happen.p in theory.

Now go and learn some basics by googling dude.
