Many people think that the chorus talks about Allah, but thats not possible since how can a muslim claim to see or feel what Allah feels.

It's actually a call to the Ummah. Misses, the Ummah, feels what the ummah feels, and lately sees what the ummah sees.

Also right at the end he says:
