deal with it since the aspiration fo Pakistani soldier after all that training and spending the money fo the country is only to die then might as well save the money on training and why not pay this money to the enemy to save our lives? because the fckr' we expect to defend us thinks that death is the ultimate goal NOT kill the enemy.

Its a double edged sword really, I both agree and disagree with your assessment based on my experience in the field.
I myself have had to put off people near me for being in love with the concept of dying in battle while I myself am thoroughly drowned in this desire myself.
The urge to die is very strong among our soldiers, me included so I will try and explain this to the best of my ability but in a philosophical perspective, I am trying to pen my inner thoughts into words so I hope they do my thinking justice and reach your hearts:

Why I want to die (as a soldier):

1. I come from a Kshatriya Hindu background and many of our ancestral teachings still remain deeply rooted in our practice, teaching the means of war to young boys and indoctrinating them with the importance of never being captured is one of them, even if that means charging at the enemy or committing suicide.

2. I feel that it is the ultimate expression of love, to embrace death, it is the most grand gesture. It is romantic and poetic. To die for one's lover, parents or country is a most noble sacrifice.

3. Life is ephemeral and falling bravely in battle will allow a part of me, to live on forever in people's hearts. Children will aspire to live and die like me, once again its a very honourable legacy.

4. It is devotion to a cause that is much bigger than myself, it imparts a feeling of belonging and reason in this haphazard pursuit of survival that we call life.
