These freedoms cannot be guaranteed just because they are in the books because the state cannot enforce them without adequate resources at its disposal. Comprehension?

Can we expand the number of people involved in the law and administration of this country to such an extent that there is adequate police cover and adequate justice system for speedy disposal of the cases? The state as it is now totters at providing wages to its already existent skeletal employees. Of the 500 million workforce available in India, only about 3-4 million are employed by the govt. Do you think we can build enough jails to imprison all the dilettantes ala USA? Will the state be able to afford that prison population?

Do you want Indians to stop eating food 6 days a week so that they can pay salaries to the gargantuan police and justice system which will ensure law and order?

So the eventual solution is to leave it to mobs to decide? to invest in infrastructure, or just terminate the "proposed 200 million muslims" as you claim at certain stage all of them would be radical... India is not syria dear.

So you are going to invest in an infrastructure that is going to provide guaranteed jobs to 500 million people? What else, CCTV's at every 500 meters? community prisons in every colony? Do you have any idea of what you are proposing?
