Get your head out of the sand. Pakistan said that they have no intelligence that he is in Pakistan. That's not the same as Pakistan saying he's not in Pakistan.

In that case Pakistani Administration should have said that it is not sure whether he is in Pakistan or elsewhere.

Outright denial of his presence in Pakistan suggests the PA was sure of his being outside Pakistan. Such a statement heavily undermines the credibility of Pakistani Administration.

I don't see why the US would be concerned about Bin Laden having adequate plumbing. Just joking, but it only makes sense that they watched Bib Laden and the compound like hawks and easdroped on all the chatter coming to and from the location, and not just telephonically. This way they could gather as much information about possible future attacks as well as a valuable insight on the organization that can further disrupt operations and assist in targeting other high profile targets.

Well it happened before and US special forces were there when OBL escaped, the cost of that has proven to be huge so let us not assume that US is blunder proof and Pakistan is completely inept.
Still, it is good that he is finally dead now and that is all that matters.

I didn't say Pakistan could not conduct an effective operation, I only implied that there would be no way that the US would sit back and let someone else spearhead such an important operation, because if the operation did fail, it would be very bad for the US.

well i personally think that USA got the know how of osama being protected by pakistani agencies and army so they wanted to get hime alive and to expose pakistans illicit cooperation with talibans using him.. and so they wantted to get him alive and conducted the operation but some how pakistan army came to know that amreekansa re going to take him and they cant do anything so pak let amreekans get him in choper and then pak shot down the helli .. so that he cant expose pak.. later pakistan will say some rogu element shot the heli and unfortunatley osama wasnt caught alive. this will dampen the after effect of his capture/death.... another possibility is that the USA got osama alive out of pakistan and ,, but the USA is puplicly saying he is dead but in reality he is alive,, so they will bring him later to stage just like kruschiev did to fancis gery powers...

and i tell you Hazara division is full of Afghan refugees. besides if you know the location we have semi tribal area in hazara called Kala Dhaka which was just recently included in settled areas but before that last year Pakistan army conducted operations in that area and cleaned it.

Oh,was osama killed in kala dhaaka? Its a very backward and poor area comprising mostly of pushto speaking locals and afghan regugees. All mountains,few or no roads,very poor people and full of 'wanted' criminals. But i am deeply shocked and surprised that osama been hiding in that area. The GOP and police has little or no jurisdiction in those mountains. Well its 'kala dhakaa' or in english 'the black mountain'.
