Family members and close friends of Mia sabans are getting these projects. These are loans and not investment as told by punjab government. So question is why they first say its linked to CPEC project ? And even CPEC project is mostly financed with loans and not direct chinese invest as told.

This is not ideal but no one else will build and finance projects for you. Chinese know this and are taking advantage of. Either that or Pakistan stay as it is. Since British left no one have invested penny to upgrade railway tracks when rest of the world is already building bullet trains. Pakistan have taken $8 billion loan to upgrade railways, maybe they will not release exact nature of contract but who cares as long as its being build.
