As Pakistan has given a strong signal to India after giving bail to Lakavi that her policies will remain the same vis a vis India. Pakistan can't afford to open another front in Punjab and Azad Kashmir. PML N has strong associations with militant groups. Imran Khan is a known Taliban supporter. Civil society of Pakistan is at weakest. They can't exert any pressure on establishment. In short, we should not expect any help from Pakistan. Other countries like US and others also not of much help. They have their limits. So would like to discuss the options for India politically, military and diplomatic. My suggestions
1. we should cooperate with Israel to make our internal security impenetrable (which is very very difficult).
2. Give a free hand to RAW to neutralize anti Indian assets of ISI.
3. Contingency plans in case of any attack on Indian soil. as we can't afford to have full fledged war with Pakistan because of nukes.
Kindly share your opinion

Numbers 1, 2 and 3 should have been in place decades ago! Why hasn't it been so? Anyway, absolutely India should allow RAW to start killing multiple ISI assets. Everytime we do, we should expect a counter action but that's where should be on our highest alert. Observing everything and connecting the dots.

IK Gujral dismantled the assets during his tenure as a PM. India paid heavy price during vajpayee regime. Congress didn't change the policy. I hope with Ajit doval at the helm things will change for better. His motto is zero tolerance towards terrorism. And recent cooperation with Israel is also very encouraging.

our agencies know how to deal with him. For Pakistan, it will b good if they send him back to jail, other wise in near future he will end up biting back. Just like HUJI did. They double crossed the ISI.

Your name is @Gandhi follower and talking like retailiation, neutralization War etc. Change that fukcing Name.

Gandhi was on side of non-violence,Ahimsa , Satyagrah, Moral courage.

Pakistan has it's own share of problems degrading judicial systems, corrupt and biased civil services etc.

Give Pakistan some time. Pakistan too want to get rid of these monsters. BTW Lakhvi is still under arrest.

when did I say retaliation ? I'm a staunch supporter of Gandhiji and his values. I believe he is the best thing happen to mankind. I sometime think how would have Gandhiji responses to this kind of violence then I remembered how he was killed by a religious extremist.

As far as your point concerning Pakistan, i have said that we should not expect anything from them. A country were more than 8000 terrorists facing death penalty can't have a weak judiciary. A clear signal has been sent. Lakhvi in jail or outside jail doesn't make a difference. He fathered a child when he was inside jail. This is a high profile case, consent has been given at the top. Kindly read between the lines. And what is wrong to neutralize anti India organisation. I request you to keep the discussion civil. Thanks.

Apologies.

I request you not to be utterly obnoxious. I am being civil in saying this. And change your name.

Pakistan govt decides to challenge Lakhvi’s bail in high court - thenews.com.pk

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan government has decided to challenge bail of main accused in the Mumbai attacks case, Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi in the High Court, Geo News reported.
Earlier, the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Thursday granted bail to Zakirur Rehman.

The case was heard by ATC judge Syed Kausar Abbas who approved Lakhvi’s bail on surety bonds of Rs 500,000.

Arguments for Lakhvi were made by Advocate Rizwan Abbasi while the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) prosecutor Chaudhry Azhar made arguments against the accused being granted bail.

Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi was arrested in February 2009 and was indicted along with six others on 25 November 2009 for planning and helping to carry out the Mumbai attacks.

Lakhvi was believed to be the operational chief of the Lashkar-i-Taiba (LeT) which has been accused by India of carrying out the attacks in Mumbai.

Pakistan Government is showing that its the decision of its high court and showing that the government doesn't control the Judiciary. In another way its like Pakistani Establishment wants to hold talks with Indian Government on many other issues and that channel is being opened.

Option 1: Whine
Option 2: Whine a little more
Option 3: Whine some more until someone notices
