The US cannot be reasoned with, my friend. They will not join anything unless you voluntarily give up on your national interests.

The US regime is turning fascist. And, if you are a Communist, you will now what fascism is:

•Its code of behavior is based on lies, deception, and violence
•Irrationalism
•Hero worship and elitism

Now, do you still honestly think you can reason with the US?

I do not think the US fill fight VN in a traditional war.

But, in a likely trade war or ideological war, alone, you cannot defeat the US. That's impossible.

Maybe you know hard fighting, but, when it comes to soft fight, the US can agitate lots of economic-ideological weaknesses in VN.

Correct, US sanction make more trouble to us than hot war. VN suffered US's sanction since 1975 till Soviet collapse 1990, so we know how hard it is.

Thats why VN need to unify sub-Mekong region and form a strong TPP block. If CN wanna join wt VN to fight agaisnt US , then CN must say sorry a lot for bad thing in 1979, otherwhile, VN has no choice but sit and see CN fall in 2023 under US's sanction.

US will be busy to settle Soviet-CN in 50 years, so we will have enough time to strengthen TPP bloc and sub Mekong region

Good! It's time China got a taste of their own medicine. There's no doubt that the trae deficit is caused by them putting tariffs on american stuff. that's why manufacturers had to move factories over there in the first lpace. Maybe now they'll bring th emanufacturing back to the U.S. USA is still their biggest market and if they want to keep that market they'll need to manufacture here instead of China. Trump is keeping his promise to the American people to bring jobs back and intitate fair trade deals. American people needed this for a long time. It's the Eu that has held USA back before this. The key to make up the loss from the US market is to increase trade fronts. In that respect, institutionalized frameworks such as the EEU, BRI and CEEC are very important.

China seemed to anticipate the approaching trade war, hence, since the early 2010s, it has been working hard to institutionalize trade and cooperation.

Premier Li: China, CEE countries to purse 'open and inclusive' cooperation

China and the 16 Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries will stay "open and inclusive" in pursuing cooperation, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said in Bulgarian capital Sofia on Saturday.

Li made the remarks at the opening ceremony of the eighth China-CEE Countries Economic and Trade Forum, which is part of the seventh leaders' meeting of China and the CEE countries. The theme of this year's meeting is deepening open and practical cooperation, and jointly promoting and sharing prosperous development.

The Chinese premier noted that China and the 16 CEE countries would like to see a "united, open and prosperous EU" and "further advancement of the integration process of Europe."

He pledged that China will "stay on the path of reform and opening up" and take more measures to open its market.

Li is the first Chinese premier to visit Bulgaria in 18 years. He will later travel to Berlin for the fifth round of intergovernmental consultations between China and Germany.
