OPINION: Nizamuddin positive: ramifications for Indian Muslims?

it seems some muslims across india who have attended tableegi jamaat in Delhi nizamudddin have contracted corona...some hindus are already suspecting that muslims have intentionally done this to damage india.
Muslims of India should pray to god that these cases don't go big as it would make them more vulnerable for attacks...but the question ishtemas and jamaats have been happening across india,..why only nizamuddin became the source from which corona originated ?is there any conspiracy?
