Good answer i was wondering about this recently.. Like i know if you have enough money and want detail information on american hi tech weapons you go to Israel. Remember a while ago it was in the new, that few F-15 engines went missing from a Israeli Airbase? And no one knew as to what happened or where they went? (I know exactly what happened and where they went) But lets say you want the same info on Russian high tech weapons, who do you go to? India! Thanx mate, it all makes sense now.
