Currently there are like 5000 Iranians in Damascus area busy converting Sunni to Shia. Hundreds arrive every week. Unless Israel uses thermonukes, don't see it happening. Damascus has hundreds of thousands of cement building blocks. Conventional missiles can't do much.

Russia is Iran friend..
Syria and Iran are allies..Iran is assisting Syria in its fights against "terrorist"..

However, Syria and Russia both gave permission to Israel for operation against Iranian assets present on Syrian land?? Diplomacy works in mysterious ways!
