Lots of flaws with that picture.
No security guy wears that kind of uniform in Pakistan, I have yet to see a woman wearing that kind of burqa here. Its more popular in Iraq. You can see the writing on the wall is more persian/arabic style. The people look mid eastern not Pakistani.
