Which means only 2.5% of Arny personnel have to work as Sahayaks.

sahayak system cannot be dismantled so easily... This is like corruption and Bribery ... Sahayaks duty is to tidy the uniform of Officer but this is misused.... Army buys several things from civil , the army personal who buys these things for the army gets cut from the dealer
