Pakistan's Hudood Ordinance and Pakistan's WPA 2006 are banana republic laws.

India is transitioning of martial rape to criminal act as per Justice Verma commission recommendations.

Pakistan is doing nothing of that sort.

Make all the laws you want. Fact is only 5% rapes are reported in India. And with India's corrupt police maybe only .5% of rapes are even documented in the police station. So piss off.

Please don't compare and bring Pakistan into this. There rapes don't happen, but the women get themselves raped to make money and to get a visa/citizenship in Canada according to the great visionary Gen Pervez Musharraf.
