you said price not increased which is false yesterday here in Islamabad a sweeper working in house of my relative quit job and said he is going to village as he cannot afford kitchen expenses here in big cities due to high prices.Laborer jobs are not good status jobs and in developed countries such houses are now build by 3d printers robots.Bill gates give huge donations to u.s universities and research institutions for giving scholarships to capable students that is why they are best in technology. It would be much better we educate our people and they do good permanent jobs instead of building houses which job will end once the construction of houses ends but technology based jobs continue for long and make nation strong and powerful and people will build houses for themselves easily once they earn huge sums.rentals are source of earning for house owners and also govt charge tax on rental income so they add to economy
These all things are imported which I have previously told you, you ignorant fool. Imported things are costly and used by upper class people.
Mr kuggo,
Rents are source of income for landlords while constructing 5 million homes will be source of income for 6 million individuals and if we go family wise than it increases to 30 million plus it will boost Pakistan GDP growth and 50 industries working domestically. I don't understand why you compare big things with such tiny things, it proves your worst knowledge regarding economics.
PTI govt in KPK improved public schools due to which 1,50,000 students moved from private schools to government schools in KPK. I am sure that after 5 years millions of students will move from private schools to public schools across KPK, Punjab, FATA & Islamabad. Govt doesn't charge anything on rental income of houses.
You're saying that we should quit everything and throw all the money on schools just because it satisfies economic illiterates like you. Job creation, health facilities, infrastructure are equally essential as Education is. Better talk logically or find someone else because I seriously can't argue with illiterates like you.
