Oblivious US Middle East policy

After fall of Ramadi and most of Syria and Iraq, Islamic State is roaring to be conquer and establishing Islamic Caliphate, the direct threat is to Western Countries and many Minorities flourishing in the region. But US cooperation is not convictional in the region to either eradicate or deter Islamic State. Reluctant to be drawn into a combat role, the American approach to Iraq's latest conflict has involved airstrikes as part of an international coalition it leads, as well as equipping and training security forces but does not proved to be effective.

The question which boggles us is, has US relinquished in fighting Islamic State?

The responsibility for fighting lies with the Iraqi security forces and the Iraqi security forces alone. They need to man up. and stop running and hiding.
A good thing for the Americans to do would be to stop supporting the so called "moderate rebels" in Syria and take the pressure off Assad.

USA never had a firm policy for Middle East do you think they still have time to think and decide the best for the region and how to tackle Islamic State..

What on earth do you mean ? ISIS is an american creation to keep an eye on iran while america withdraws from iraq and afghanistan til the next major war in the region.

What do u mean by keep an eye on Iran... There are thousand ways to do that..indeed IS got arms from US initially when they were fighting against Assad but it wasn't created for anything else other then fighting Assad forces...
