Obama widening missile strikes inside pak against Anti Pak Insurgents

Their trust needs to be regained so that in the future, our western front is defended by these people.

Bezerk - these are people who are slaughtering muslims and other hostages in the most cruel and in-humane manner and you want to win their trust! Good Luck son!

I think you're missing the point here, FM17.

I'm sure Bezerk is against the Indian sponsored traitors that are carrying out their attacks at the behest of the Indian consulates in Afghanistan. This isn't his point, I believe.

His point, like mine, is that the most neutral of people will be "radicalized" with the innocent casualties that are caught up in this. These people are the people whose trust needs to be regained, not that of the traitors from the Indian consulates.

It is unacceptable to just shrug off these casualties that are of one's own citizens. The extension of this is that drone strikes are unacceptable. They use a shoot first, question later process.

Roadrunner pretty much explained what I had in mind.

Roadrunner:

Thanks for explaining that. Would've said the same thing.

"This source might be of particular interest to you."

Actually I've already seen it and you still haven't provided the information you used to make these comments below-

"LOL. Not society in general. Though the cannon fodder that carry out the bulk of dangerous operations tend to be. Not that that's out of the ordinary particularly since the enemy usually is dehumanized."

Stay away from the red herrings, please? It's indicative of an argument lacking serious content.

If you can't find the links to the infantry, maybe just the U.S. Army generally should work. Air Force and Navy don't spend much time in A-Stan and Iraq. I'll take those.

Bet we're mostly poor black guys, Mexican-Americans, and Asian immigrants, huh?:disagree:

"They use a shoot first, question later process."

Actually, you're wrong again. We've absolutely no interest in questions when they become stars on PREDATOR's candid camera.:usflag:

Nope. Time for them to meet their maker. Please tell your citizens to fight these men, deny them entry, or run to the hills with their children.

Standing within 100 meters of these men could be hazardous to your health.:agree:

I disagree. The Taliban need re-educating. They were brought up during the Soviet war. The brainwashing from that time needs undoing.

The best way would be to develop the areas. This will take time.

The terrorists, Uzbeks and Arab militants do need to be removed from the region though.

Its pretty hard to develope an area run by the taliban and under sharia law

Isnt that just cowardice, giving in to intimidaton and extortion...if you go down that road you will never come to the end till you are a slave...

That's not the case with this issue. You can't play a game of poker with a strong "armed" militia who're now also gaining popularity amongst their local people. If you end up bluffing, they'll end up revolting against the entire state and would fight till the end for the sake of a separate "Homeland". Along with short term goals we must set our long term goals for the region as well. And one of those goals should be to COMPLETELY suppress ANY "Separatist" movements that MAY erupt if unnecessary measures are taken by the government. Pretty much like the ones we're facing in Balochistan.
