2. On 06/June, CNN and Wash-Po and few other outlets has began to insinuate that "China might be building vast database of federal worker info, - experts say" -- an insinuation created to support their unverified accusation.

3. The "news" was endlessly and repeatedly carried by every possible outlets since June 4th and a week later, the disinformation campaign has matured into an unspoken indictment that china was the designated culprit who hacked the state department and that's that

4. No solid or substantive evidence or justification other than some pernicious speculation and imaginary motives.

5. The public buys it just as they had bought the Iraqi chemical weapons lie.
