Neutrinos are fundamental particles that were first formed in the first second of the early universe, before even atoms could form. They are also continually being produced in the nuclear reactions of stars, like our sun, and nuclear reactions here on earth. Much is still unknown about these particle, they have an undetermined mass and travel at near the speed of light.
As star implodes in a cataclysmic bust of energy, a scientist measures the small energy discrepancies of radioactive decay, the sun constantly baths us with warmth and showers us with particles, all around us the universe is saturated with the remnants of the Big Bang, and in all of these things there is one thing in common: neutrinos. Although they are hard to detect, these little particles can tell us about everything from the birth of the universe to the nuclear reactions that power our cities.
Scientists are constantly coming up with new and ingenious ways to study neutrinos from space. Neutrino telescopes like Super-Kamiokande in Japan use huge vats of water to detect neutrinos
The OPERA team made headlines after they suggested neutrinos traveled 0.002% faster than light, thus violating Einstein's theory of special relativity. The OPERA results were debunked months ago, however. So instead of the nail in the coffin of faster-than-light neutrinos, the new suite of results is more like the sod planted atop their grave.
The OPERA team had timed neutrinos fired through Earth from the European particle physics laboratory, CERN, near Geneva, Switzerland, and found that they made the 730-kilometer trip to Gran Sasso 60 nanosecond faster than they would traveling at light speed. But in February, the OPERA team also discovered that a loose fiber optic cable had introduced a delay in their timing system that explained the effect. A month later, researchers working with the ICARUS particle detector, also housed in Gran Sasso, measured the speed of neutrinos fired from CERN and found that they travel at light speed, as predicted. By that point, most physicists deemed faster-than-light neutrinos really most sincerely dead. Some OPERA team members thought the whole episode had besmirched the collaboration's reputation, and in March, two of the team's elected leaders lost a vote of no confidence and tendered their resignations.
Nevertheless, researchers kept at their efforts to test the result. Gran Sasso houses four particle detectors capable of timing neutrinos fired from CERN: OPERA, ICARUS, BOREXINO, and LVD. All four have now found that the neutrino's speed is consistent with the speed of light, as Sergio Bertolucci, research director at CERN, reported at the 25th International Conference on Neutrino Physics and Astrophysics in Kyoto, Japan. The speed of neutrinos was also measured by researchers working with the MINOS experiment, which shoots neutrinos 735 kilometers from Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) in Batavia, Illinois, to a detector in the Soudan mine in northern Minnesota. The MINOS team has also found that neutrinos travel at light speed, as Fermilab's Phil Adamson reported at the meeting.

Neutrino speeds "consistent" with the speed of light are expected given the limited accuracy of experiments to date. Neutrinos have small but nonzero mass, and so special relativity predicts that they must propagate at speeds slower than light

so here is my question if the neutrinos are not fast enough to outpace the rays of light than how they can shape shift .
and if they move at same speed of light why isn’t that possible that our speed detector’s are true as since as the light can travel at vary distance at the shortest given time of speed of such that is immeasurable.
and since we are still far behind in lot of tech from other alien races presuming they have ufo's as true. can't it be that these neutrinos are much faster as they are smaller than proton neutron etc which are them self sub atomic level particles
Further if they move from and through around our body does the theory of relativity not apply.
to them or can they pass through objects when light can't .
further can't their energy be harnessed for propulsion of electronics as its still faster than all the available resources we humans have even in defense sector
