The C model of the F15 is no longer in production. When the other countries were cleared for the F15s the 'E Strike Eagle' variants were the only ones being manufactured. And the E variants are multirole as oposed to the air superiorty only C models

since end of cold war the mig sales have plummetted. Sukhoi has filled the gap.
to be fair add f-16s into the mix. a lot of American allies use F-16s to do what Russian clients do with the Sukhois

Russia don't have counterpart of F-16. F-16 is single engine. Russia don't make single engine. Russia counterpart of F-18 is MiG-29 / 35, both 2 medium thrust engines.

likely to if USAF, if it want to replace older F-15C @undertakerwwefan

No they won't. F-15X design is too old.

compare sales of f-15, f-16 and f/a-18 to migs and sukhois

Mig-29 is couterpart of both F-16/F-18, F-16 is also medium weight class fighter like Mig-29 @undertakerwwefan

USAF is considering avionics+radar wise it will become one best jet in the world @undertakerwwefan

Nope. F-16 is single large engine. F-18 and MiG-29 are 2 medium engines. F-16 is way smaller. Not the same class. Russia don't have counterpart of F-16 just like America don't have counterpart of Kilo submarine. America don't use diesel powered submarines.

F-15, F-16 not the same company. MiG and Su are the same company merged under UAC in 2006.
