Nuclear State Pakistan without PM and Foreign minister

Seriously , is that a joke ? . ....................For next few weeks he will not be able to come back Pakistan. Plus, nuclear states conference about NSG is going on . Where no top official of Pakistan present to deal the situation. Pakistan is really a Mugal Empire.....

So what? A PM should not fall sick????, I think he has given charge to some one (thats what i read in one of the threads here)..... It happened in India during UPA2 when MMS had to undergo a surgery.... But then the surgery was done at AIMS delhi......
