hello brothers,can anyone tell me what is the current progress in pakistan's nuclear research field?in terms of secured installation or miniaturized reactor for submarines?thank you.

Reactors for submarine shouldn't only be small enough but should be able endure floating environment, movement, roll, and vibrations and still work and not only but should be safe enough to board soldiers on sub.

you can make a reactor of "any" size,if you know how to "control" it,sometimes we should take break and take a good look at mother nature,all you need to do is to look at the precisely right pace in right time with right mindset,it can reveal some of its beautiful secrets you can not even dream off,just think about it

Hmm, well it isn't as easy in controlled fission, small reactors have thin core and they must use highly enriched fuel - however, HEU isn't issue for Pakistan, I personally think, floating nuclear reactor should be the step in right direction. It can be used for power generation and will provide more insights into possible problems reactor can face being in sea.

i was not talking about "controlled fission",i was talking about "controlling" it,to have "controlled fission" you do not need to look at nature,it is already being done,but it is a waste of energy,how much portion do you think mechanical parts can convert of that huge amount of energy? simple waste,as i said,you should take a good look at mother nature
