Why they have not arrested the big fishes like NAB Chairman said that step had not been taken until now to arrest the corrupt big fish.

All of those who are concentrating on the present day NAB Chairman should pause a minute and think.
I despise him as much as all of you do after the release of his tapes. He doesn't deserves to be on this seat, or the position he had in the past. Such character should be ditched as quickly as possible.

But the issue is bigger than him, which I have pointed out in my comments above.
The chairman before him was completely in cahoot with the criminals of PMLN and PPP enterprises.
Therefore the malaise is old and deep. Deep rooted in our Psyche.

So we have to think how the earlier Chairmen for decades have got away with it!!
At least in case of Qamar Chaudhry we know he was actively helping the crooks rather than apprehending them.

The present crook is appointed by the same enterprise like the one before therefore, he had been doing the same thing like the one before.

We need to make people more answerable. This idea that after NAB Chairman's selection nothing much can be done to remove him if he doesn't perform or purposefully don't perform.
The only way to remove him is through the Judicial council, which can only be triggered in case of mega corruption or other professional negligence. In this case it would be very difficult to prove.
