Now Pakistan's Strategic Rise

Getting a kick out of a narco terrorist group taking over a country does not mean a "strategic rise". Take wakhan corridor or create a 2km no go zone in Afghanistan on the border.

arey hai woh bhi sahih hai, but dont you want to reduce number of fronts and attacks?
External factors can only affect Pakistan when internal factors are weak. To reduce the number of fronts and attacks, weed out the incompetent decision makers. Everything can be negotiated on the table if the negotiator knows what he wants and is willing to save (the country).

A lot of disturbing glorification happening of the Taliban on this website. For us, perhaps they represent the least hostile option in Afghanistan but we need to cool down on making heroes of these guys.

When they take over we need to hold them to their promise of not providing the likes of TTP and EITM safe havens.

They also need to know their treatment of women will be under a spotlight.

The way Americans pulled its troops and the silence from their side, the way they’ve left A-tan puppet regime in the middle clearly indicates that there was some understanding between Talibans and the Americans. That’s all been done with the consent of the Americans. They’re agreed with Talibs to throwback Ghani govt and take a full control of Afghanistan.

There should be no doubt in anyone's mind that the only reason Yanks were negotiating with the Taliban was for a safe package during withdrawal.

They learned from the history , what happened to the USSR troops during withdrawal.
They wanted to avoid humiliations by negotiations and hatching out a plan and negotiations with Taliban.

Any insane persons thinking that Americans would give a rat's *** to the Ghani Puppet or India are living in fools paradise.

IT was imperative for the Americans to keep their image in the world of the "Sole Superpower" , albeit , it really is not any more. But anyhow, they avoided the carnage their leaving troops could have faced by negotiations and taking pledge from Taliban that they would not attack American's interests in Afghanistan.

Some genius like you still believe USA is their dady. Even usa itself showed its transgender reports to whol world. The weaker party has accepted the agreement

You sound like the usual ridiculous Desi watching too much haqeeqat TV. Use your brain for once. US is still the sole Superpower, still the strongest military and is the largest economy and still is miles ahead of EU, China.

The ONLY reason US is leaving is because it GOT a deal which is good for the US.

I don’t watch him but I keep an eye on idiots likes of you. Guns don’t win wars for you. It is jikra and respect of your people win wars for you. Pakistan is just 70 years old country but pak is One of big player. Let me remind you. In 70 years pakistan has fought many wars.

No my dear brother. The importance couldn't be put on simple words. Stragetic depth is crucial for pakistan. This could transfer Pakistan into a superpower and you may ask why.. Pakistan will make a stragetic partnership with IEA government allowing Pakistan to have bases and installations for stragetic depth purposes but you gotta give something in return such as geopolitical guraantee protection including armement + training to IEA.

Afghanistan is a great landscape for war and if a foe like India was to miscalculate Pakistan's stragetic depth will crush them since it is a nightmare and makes PK inconquerable and this stragetic depth could become for Pakistan invincible even against larger coalitions.. Pakistan could reach an invincible level because it has great mountain ranges and great terrain for war. A fortress this could elevate Pakistan into superpower. Pakistan is at a great cross roads in it's history.. These mountains could withstand even nuclear outfalls and will give the capability to hit back even if you are hit million times it provides Pakistan a resillence and unbeatable stragetic terrain and advantage

Pakistan internal problems are just not a bunch of traitorous people, it is much bigger and complex. It is dotted with internal contradictions, ethnic jealousies, rivalries, religious bigotry, and so many more.
We have so many internals fractures it make my heart cringe and bring so much hopelessness. Now I have jumped in your bandwagon....
Some greater hand keeping Pakistan alive...there is no other reason.

This will stop indian and NDS sabotage activities from Afghanistan. Yes, peace in Afghanistan is a huge strategic victory for Pakistan which can follow if one pro Pakistan power rules Afghanistan and there is no contest and rivalries.
A lot depends on peace in Afganistan.

India will fight till last Afghan.

Just few months back Doval was freely planning with amrullah Salah, mohib, and Abdullah Abdullah.

Pakistan need to finish building the fence and Surveillance system to monitor the border. We should also discuss buffer zone/demilitarized zone on Afghanistan side of the border to prevent TTP and ISIS activities.

It will "drive" a strategic rise. For 2 decades Pakistan was besieged and was relentlessly attacked by Hindutvaic india from Afghanistan and world establishment gave india a carte blanche to wage a brutal hybrid war. Afg was an staging ground for terrorist attacks while FATAF, world forums, disinformation, propaganda were used to discredit Pakistan and its people.
So, yes, as taliban come in, india devoid of their staging ground and once Afghanistan stabilized, trade can start between china, pakistan, iran, turkey, CAS, and Afghanistan, the region will develop and grow.
Pakistan also wont have indian stooges Nawaz and Zardari, and PTI-Military combination can make things better internally for Pakistan too.

USA is smart, it knew when to call it quits and stop living in fools paradise. Also it realized that while USA is fighting endless needless wars, it couldn't spend that money on its own nation building, meanwhile china leapfrogged.
If USA doesn't focus on itself today then tomorrow china will definitely focus on USA.

Our desi idiots think US was defeated and that is why these idiots flock to haqeeqat TV and other youtube loosers. US was not defeated; it is just that US didn't 100% of what it wanted but it still got a good deal.

“Attacking by Stratagem

Generally in war, the best policy is to take the enemy state whole and intact, to destroy it is not. To have the enemy's army surrender in its entirety is better than to crush it; likewise, to take a battalion, a company or a five-man squad intact is better than to destroy it. Therefore, to fight a hundred battles and win each and every one of them is not the wisest thing to do. To break the enemy's resistance without fighting is.

Thus, the best policy in war is to thwart the enemy's strategy. The second best is to disrupt his alliances through diplomatic means. The third best is to attack his army in the field. The worst policy of all is to attack walled cities.

Attack a walled city only when there is no alternative. For it takes at least three months to make mantlets and shielded vehicles ready and prepare the necessary arms and equipment; for it takes another three months to build the earthen mounds for soldiers to ascend the walls. The commander who loses his impatience orders his troops to assault like swarming ants, with the result that one third of his men are slain and the city remain untaken. Such is the calamity of attacking walled cities.

Therefore, he who is skilled in war subdues the enemy's army without fighting. He captures the enemy's cities without assaulting them. He overthrows the enemy kingdom without prolonged operations in the field. By taking all under heaven with his "whole and intact strategy," he wins total victory without wearing out his troops. This is the method of attacking by stratagem.

The United States is indeed defeated, even if the Taliban don't fire a single bullet. That's how warfare works in military textbooks. The art of war, one of the highest levels of human art.

I am sure Pakistan and China has understanding. Taliban delegation visit to China and meeting with Chinese FM Wang Yi was no ordinary event.
Timeline
July 10: India begins airlifting arms in support of Afghan government forces; Turkey and India announce support for the Afghan government.

July 14: Afghan Taliban attack on Sarma Dam in Cheshit district of Herat province, where India has invested.

July 17: Dasu terror attack in Pakistan kills several Chinese and Pakistanis:

July 22: Tajikistan enters a state of maximum alert, mobilizing a total of 230,000 reservists and military personnel nationwide.

July 28: Foreign Minister Wang Yi meets with TTP representatives; U.S. Secretary of State Blinken makes a two-day official visit to India,. Russian troops in Tajikistan completed redeployment to Kharb-Maidon training ground near the border with Afghanistan.

July 29: The Chinese Defense Ministry holds a regular press conference to officially announce joint Russian-Chinese military exercises.

Aug. 5-10: Joint Russian, Uzbek and Tajikistani military exercises.

Aug. 9: China-Russia joint military exercises begin with desert Gobi counterterrorism. both J20 and DF appear. Is this counter-terrorism?

The lighting speed with which Taliban have captured 18 out of 34 Afghanistan provinces has stunned all.
Within days, Taliban have captured:
Kandahar, Kandahar
Tarinkot, Uruzgan
Pul-e-Alam, Logar
Qallat, Zabul
Sari Pol, Sari Pol,
Sheberghan, Jawzjan
Aybak, Samangan
Taluqan, Takhar
Pul-e-Khumri, Baghlan
Farah, Farah
Zaranj, Nimroz
Faizabad, Bafakhshan,
Ghazni, Ghazni
Feroz Kuh, Ghor
Qala-e-Nau

and cities of Herat and Kunduz.

It is writing on wall that now there is no stopping the Taliban. US preparing to evacuate its sprawling Embassy Complex, embassy staff ordered to destroy sensitive papers, and US considering to relo Embassy to Kabul Airport as reported by CNN, all of that suggests conditions are dire in Afghanistan.

Pakistan can now work to come out of the hole which was it's own making but also the making of others. India and Afghanistan unitedly did all in their power to damage Pakistan with tacit approval from US, and the world establishment.

After the dark period of loosing 80,000 lives, $150 billions in economic losses, Pakistan should play its cards and role more confidently.
Pakistan needs to drawdown on its outward policy of not accepting Taliban rule if they come by force.
Sino- Pakistan alliance should work together to give recognition to Taliban Government if they take Kabul. They have to make sure that atrocities not committed and rights of women and citizens protected. This they should do by engaging openly with Taliban if Kabul falls which is not far from reality.
After conditions normalize in Afghanistan, for which Pakistan, China, Turkey, Russia, and Iran should work together, CPEC can be extended to Turkey and to land locked CAS to build new energy corridors through Afghanistan to Pakistan and China. CAS and Russia can utilize Warm Waters ports of Gwadar and Karachi. India can get its energy from there too through Pakistan if she wants which will give enormous influence to Pakistan over India. India would be net looser if it does not manage its Pakistan phobia and Islamophobia.
Mineral exploration in Afghanistan and Ex FATA will enrich Afghanistan, Pakistan, and China.
US should also become part of it on commercial basis.
India can find a hole of its size it can hide otherwise future does not bode well for the far right extremist country of 1.3 billion people.

Time for Pakistan to march on.
Not as simple as stated US and India etc etc wont let stability return to Afghanistan for the benefit of China.

It is over. There is nothing that can cause disturbance at this stage because it is not logistically possible. The war is coming to a conclusion Pakistan and China won't allow another adventure into the country either or igniting something more.. After a 40 year campaign there is really not much left to be said
