Notification Alerts function is missing at top right corner

Oh the forum alerts have nothing to do with it. Like dadeechi said, I was just joking around seeing that he had a ton of adds on the screen shot he posted.

Admins...my notification system is not working properly.
I have missed many notifications it seems.
@WAJsal its your responsibility to teach @Taygibay how to tag and quote others.
(He's a good poster, just that i have missed some of his replies to me because of his stubbornness to not tag/quote anyone
you cant make random quotes and assume that others will understand that its a reply to them. can you?)
