Nope, not at all. And I'd say very firm laws have to be put in place to make sure politicians and their bureacracy don't gain wealth after their public leadership career by serving the (super)rich during that leadership.

No matter what high wage you'll pay someone who is attracted to high wages, it'll never be enough. After the big house and fancy car they want an even bigger house and a big yacht too, followed by a private plane, etc.
