First, 'Pakistan based militant groups' does not equate to Pakistani institutions.

Second, what credible evidence since 2009 has India provided, that implicated Hafiz Saeed or any Pakistani institution?

If you are so sure that 'new and credible evidence has been obtained and publicized since 2009' please list it in detail.

but yes let's see what --if anything --materializes out of this trial. To me it seems more like publicity stunt than anything else and in fact it is the U.S.'s own interest to ensure that what they view as certain "damning" facts would remain hidden under that carpet

AgNoStIc MuSliM is correct in saying that India has not provided any concrete evidence. Just saying Hafiz Saeed is a terrorirst 5 million times with no proof and keeping in him in jail for 6 years with no trial is typical Indian crap?

Provide some solid evidence and we will prosecute him, but if Hafiz Saeed says to stand against Indian soldiers who rape Kashmiri Girls or to say that Indian should abide by 2 outstanding UN Resolutions is not terrorism?

iT'S HIGH TIME we should accept that ... we are the problem...we have these terrorists...and they are attacking innocent in India and Pakistan.. we should give these 26/11 criminals and lunatic terrorists to India.... we have accepted already that Pakistani soil was used ... in 26/11 ... I hope Kasab would have been killed....then maybe we would not have been so insulted....
