By the way I had some juice imported deep into India from Bangladesh. I was unimpressed. I hope the rice won't be disappointing.

You can apply for VGF (Vulnerable Group Feeding) Cards in Bangladesh. You can get rice and wheat at nominal price as well as other benefits like health, education, savings etc.

No need. India already have these facilities and we are given rice and wheat @ rs.2/kg and a large quantity of rs.2/kg wheats are being smuggled cross-border to BD. That's why BSF is more active at border these days.
