True but we don't need to be aggressive someone wants us to provoke and want a military campaign again we should not fall in trap. These areas r not tribal anymore they part of KP. Govt already reduced this PTM issue successfully into a local North wazeristan tehsil issue. So surveillance along local strong network of spying and law inforcement that all we need. It's sad loss of finest ones but we have to bear the pain but that's only way farward PTI Govt is wise enough not gonna take abait.

We have killed 23 Pakistani terrorist in Kashmir up to middle of this year alone and God knows how many more are roaming free in the valley.

Now please leave aside your grudge, hate, counter arguments for one minute only and think where are they being prepared ???
Only one terrorist succeed in crossing over to Kashmir valley out of ten terrorists trained.
